Infinisource Benefit Services is a leading provider of COBRA, Flexible Spending Account, Health Reimbursement Arrangement, Health Savings Account, Transit, and Parking benefits administration services, Plan Documents, Notice Mailings for small to medium-sized companies that require a better way to offer benefits and comply with corresponding benefits laws and regulations.  Infinisource leverages industry relationships and channel partners, generally health insurance brokers, to gain new business opportunities with their employer customers.

PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION 

Sales Administration supports the sales department management in an effort to achieve the organizational sales goals.  This position requires leadership, a strong technical background, product knowledge and service knowledge.  In a fast-paced environment, excellent communication and time-management skills are also required, as well as the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities.

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and implement the sales operations structure and organization in terms of overall process, Netsuite sales processes,

  • document storage in Box and interaction with other departments
  • Generate reports and analytics related to sales activities and revenue data, primarily by using the CRM system
  • Ensure new sales adhere to the stated sales policy and company strategy
  • Responsible for creating rules for documentation of sales process steps including proposals, pricing approvals, sales agreements and memoranda
  • Identify and implement ways to improve the efficiency of the Infinisource sales order and booking process
  • Provide administrative support to a team of field sales representatives, including creating sales documents, proposals and agreements and ensuring accurate sales pipeline and customer information is recorded in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
  • Train new sales department staff on sales operations, Netsuite processes and use of Box
  • Help evaluate sales performance, track and review data, and help create training opportunities to improve the sales process and Representatives' performance
  • Have a firm understanding of value of services offered in order to provide input and oversight of marketing materials used by sales team
  • Have intimate knowledge of billing and Finance team processes to assist in resolving billing issues and communicated rate changes
  • Manage the sales administration team including defining responsibilities, participating in performance reviews, approving PTO and timecards
  • Represent the Sales department as necessary to insure smooth operational interaction with the Customer Service, Finance and IT departments
  • Help coordinate activities or events at the direction of VP of Sales
  • Other duties as assigned

 

 

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • BA/BS preferred, Associates Degree required
  • Experience working with basic office and sales related applications such as Microsoft Excel, NetSuite
  • REQUIRED COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS

    • High proficiency in Microsoft Office products Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook and Adobe Acrobat
    • High proficiency in Netsuite including creating reports, saved searches, dashboards, iCharts
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Resourceful and well organized
    • Ability to write customer-appropriate correspondence
    • Possess strong mathematical and analytical skills
    • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
    • Ability to contribute and be a leader for a work environment that is positive, enthusiastic, productive and rewarding to every member of the sales team
