Director, Digital Marketing

As the Director, Digital Marketing, you will own and run digital lead generation programs with the purpose of finding leads in the consideration stage that can be turned into qualified B2B opportunities for sales. Your role will specifically focus on using a combination of paid, earned and owned media channels to get in front of our B2B target audience with the right content at the right time and drive visitors to our website, increase conversions, as well as nurturing early stage leads.

Goals 

  • Effective digital programs and campaigns that bring our solutions to the attention of our target customers.
  • Developing the right digital experiences for each stage of the funnel to create high intent leads.
  • Driving a disproportionate share of digitally sourced leads and opportunities for sales.

 

Principal Responsibilities

  • Growing a variety of B2B acquisition channels, including paid search, display, reputation, Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, affiliate partnerships and sponsored content.
  • Building and executing engagement programs aimed at moving early-stage leads into late stage leads.
  • Creation and execution of advanced marketing automation and e-mail programs to nurture and activate B2B leads.
  • Paid social advertising to target the right companies and individuals with relevant content.
  • Building awareness for iSolved through content syndication and marketplace listings via third party websites.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing activities and assess against goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and A/B tests for major content items.
  • Developing targeting and segmentation strategies through market analysis.
  • Expand an Account Based Marketing program
  • Supporting sales in the early phases of the sales process.

Essential Requirements

  • At least 5 years' experience with multi-channel digital lead generation in a B2B environment.
  • An absolute passion for data-driven approaches and objective key results (OKRs).
  • Familiarity with the latest trends in digital marketing and martech tools.
  • Self-motivated performance driven pro able to operate individually in a deadline and target driven world.
  • Superior attention to detail with ability to multi-task.
  • Strong analytic skills combined with a creative mind-set.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft 365.

Desirable Requirements:

  • Experience with B2B enterprise software marketing or the software technology sector as a whole.
  • Working knowledge of HCM software in one or more of payroll, benefits, compensation, T&A, tax and expenses, employee experience, compliance, learning, employee wellbeing, talent and workforce management.
  • Working knowledge of US payroll, tax and benefits legislation.

Location: This position will be based in the USA (office or remote) and will require minimal travel.

Duration: This is a full time, permanent position.
