COBRA Integration Specialist

BRIEF STATEMENT OF THE PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION

The Integration Team is responsible for successful execution of iSolved data integration.  The individual will be tasked with establishing and supporting iSolved integration with Infinisource's COBRA and FSA platforms. This person should have comprehensive knowledge of COBRA and FSA administration, as well as knowledge of iSolved  benefits plan maintenance and an understanding of data formats/specifications.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION

• Ensure daily activities are completed timely with attention to detail to meet quality standards and goals
• Interact with iSolved Network Partners and Infinisource customers
• Solve complex integration issues
• Assist team members in troubleshooting technical issues related to integration
• Communicate with customers and third parties to clarify data maintenance requirements
• Ability to multitask and handle shifting priorities
• Collaborate with peers to establish best practices
• Build strong partner relationships
• Partner with other groups internally and externally
• Adhere to company and departmental policies
• Other projects as assigned but not yet defined by Executive Vice President

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED FOR THIS POSITION

• Knowledge of COBRA and FSA administration
• Experience with iSolved Benefits is preferred

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION

• 2 years of experience in customer support
• Knowledge of employee benefit plans
