BRIEF STATEMENT OF THE PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION
Infinisource Business Development Representatives are passionate, high energy individuals who leverage their industry knowledge and expertise to initiate benefit broker relationship opportunities for Relationship Managers for the purpose of selling Benefits Administration services.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION
- Contact brokers or other channel partners and setup face-to-face meetings for their assigned Relationship Managers.
- Meet or exceed assigned meetings held quotas
- Develop and execute the process for scheduling meetings between Relationship Managers and brokers
- Prioritize activity based on strategic objectives outlined by Sales VP
- Attain and maintain expert knowledge of Infinisource services to ensure partners have appropriate expectations for the services we offer, and the meetings being requested
- Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiators
- Follow assigned sales processes including using NetSuite to record contact activity
- Ensure data in NetSuite for brokers is current and accurate
- Research and develop methods for finding and adding new brokers to our database
- Work with Relationship Manager team members to deliver positioning of the solutions such that it addresses the broker's needs, concerns and objectives
- Identify opportunities for campaigns, services and distribution channels to accelerate sales
- Analyze competition and communicate market opportunities and challenges to management
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED FOR THIS POSITION
- BA/BS preferred
- 1-3 years sales experience in the benefit administration services preferred
- Proven track record of initiating and executing contacts with potential business partners that provided a consistent volume of sales results
- Experience working with basic office and sales related applications such as Microsoft Office

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
Normal working conditions require normal to close concentration, visual attention and manual dexterity. Lifting requirements less than 10 pounds. Moderate noise.
