Arrangements, Transit and Parking Plans and other benefits. IBS has processed over 12,000,000 FSA and HRA claims

and generated more than 14,250,000 COBRA notices without a single adverse judgment or penalty. When it comes to

benefits administration, years of experience matter. 

BRIEF STATEMENT OF THE PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION

Sell Infinisource Benefit Services products and services by identifying and prospecting carriers/enrollment companies.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION 

  • Sell all Infinisource products and services, which currently include:  COBRA Administration, Fringe Benefit Administration (FSA, HRA, HSA, Transit/Parking, Tuition Reimbursement), FMLA Administration and Premium Billing through insurance carriers/enrollment companies
  • Develop and execute on sales strategy for assigned alliance type (insurance carriers or enrollment companies)
  • Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain an opportunity pipeline that exceeds the outstanding quota
  • Responsible for all follow up documentation regarding communications with prospects, proposals, pricing approvals, sales
  • Prospect for new business in area of concentration and within existing account and agency relationships
  • Analyze competition and communicate market challenges and opportunities to management
  • Utilize the current sales force automation and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools according to the current set of standards, as directed by sales management
  • Expected travel at least 50% of the time
  • Eligible for current commission compensation program
  • Perform other duties as assigned by sales management 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED FOR THIS POSITION

  • BA/BS required
  • Minimum 5 years sales experience in the health insurance administration industry
  • Documented track record of individual sales success, including stacked rankings against peers, dollars sold, and % to quota for last 3 years
  • Experience working with basic office and sales related applications such as Microsoft Office and CRM
  • Working knowledge and experience with common industry data transmission technology and methods

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
