Infinisource is the leading provider of benefits administration services for small to medium-sized companies that require a better way to offer benefits and comply with benefits laws and regulations.  Infinisource leverages industry relationships and channel partners, generally health insurance brokers, to gain new business opportunities with their employer customers. 

 

BRIEF STATEMENT OF THE PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION: 

 

Infinisource Relationship Managers are passionate, high energy individuals who leverage their industry knowledge and product expertise to serve channel partners and develop and maintain relationships for the purpose of selling Benefits Administration services and generating lead opportunities for the Infinisource Enrollment & Eligibility solution. 

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION ARE:

  • Develop and grow productive relationships with assigned partners by generating leads and managing the benefits administration sales process
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas
  • Attain and maintain expert knowledge of Infinisource services to ensure partners and potential customers have appropriate expectations for services being purchased
  • Educate and train partners to effectively represent, position and sell Infinisource services
  • Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiators
  • Follow assigned sales processes including using Netsuite to record sales activity, leads, and opportunities, etc.
  • Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, to meet prospective partners and provide feedback on competitors and market and industry trends
  • Work with iSolved HCM Business Develop Managers and Field Sales Representatives to maximize opportunities and sales through assigned partners
  • Work with internal team members to deliver positioning of the solutions such that it addresses the prospect's needs, concerns and objectives
  • Identify opportunities for campaigns, services and distribution channels to accelerate sales
  • Analyze competition and communicate market opportunities and challenges to management
  • Identify and remove barriers to closing the sale
  • Maximize use of marketing materials and campaigns to achieve sales quotas
  • Travel is required
  • Perform other duties as assigned
